3.0 SUMMARY <br /> Between January 9, 1998, and July 23, 1998, groundwater levels rose approximately 9 45 <br /> feet in monitoring wells at the site Despite the rise in the water table, analysis of TPH-d is <br /> reported as non-detect in all groundwater samples collected from the site <br /> As a result of the rise in water levels, the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) issued a letter dated August 3, 1998 In the letter, <br /> PHS/EHD requested a work plan for the installation of new monitoring wells and the initiation of <br /> quarterly monitoring to address possible changes in site conditions resulting from the rise in water <br /> levels A work plan is currently being prepared by American Forest Products to address this <br /> request and upon completion will be forwarded to San Joaquin PHS/EHS for review and approval <br /> 4 <br /> \1DM_SACI\SYSIWORDPROC\sac\044misc19809_06 dot <br /> DAMES&MOORE <br />
