San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> November 1, 1994 <br /> Page 10 <br /> The blind duplicate sample will be collected at the same time and in the same manner as the <br /> field sample from that location This duplicate sample will be sent to the laboratory for analyses <br /> along with regular field samples The duplicate sample will be labeled in sequential order with non- <br /> existent monitoring well designations The duplicate samples will serve as a check on the precision <br /> of the sampling and analytical procedures <br /> Chain-of-Custody Procedures <br /> Chain-of-custody documentation will accompany all groundwater samples through <br /> transportation and laboratory analysis <br /> 3 0 SCHEDULE <br /> The initial tasks of work described above will begin after approval of this Work Plan by the <br /> PHS-EHD Mobilization of field personnel and subcontractors are anticipated to begin by mid- <br /> December The soil boring, well installation, and groundwater sampling round are expected to be <br /> completed within one week of mobilization Normal turn-around for soil and groundwater analysis <br /> is expected to be two to tour weeks Dames & Moore will submit a report to the PHS-EHD and the <br /> RWQCB, documenting results of the additional investigation four weeks following receipt of <br /> additional results This schedule assumes normal turn-around for laboratory analysis and no delays <br /> due to equipment breakdown or unforeseen geologic conditions <br /> 000 <br /> SAC128 18 Page-10 DAMES & MooRE <br />
