SANJ O A Q U I ` ,I�,II Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> AMESSA AUTOMOTIVE CNTR 3943 N WEST LN, STOCKTON September 25, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 101 CCR 66262.12 Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number. <br /> OBSERVATION: This business does not have an active hazardous waste ID number.The ID number CAL000353124 <br /> is inactive in the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)database. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of,transport or offer for <br /> transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) Identification <br /> (ID) Number.A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br /> month, less than 1 kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Owner Jose Padilla Villa. DTSC form <br /> 1358 was provided and completed to be submitted to the DTSC while inspector was on site. No further action is <br /> required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> (2)5-gallon containers of used antifreeze. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage, <br /> except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Owner Jose Padilla Villa.The (2) <br /> 5-gallon containers of used antifreeze were consolidated into one container and labeled.
