A J OA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> JAHANT FOOD N FUEL STOP 24323 N HWY 99 , ACAMPO May 07, 2020 <br /> Other Violations <br /> 2010 1 See below Unlisted General violation ❑V ❑R ❑COS <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 103 HSC 25292.2, 25299.30 Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. <br /> OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on <br /> site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a <br /> copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 115 CCR 2715(a)(1)(B), 2715(a)(3)"Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Identification Form" not submitted <br /> within 30 days. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Identification Form did not include the <br /> facility information ( business name, CERS ID, Site address, city and zip code). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner or operator shall submit a "Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator <br /> Identification Form" no later than 30 days after any change in the designated UST operator(s). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the designated operators for this facility. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 121 CCR 2712(f) Failure to implement corrections and submit written response within 30 days of receiving the report. <br /> OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 04/11/2019 and an inspection report was issued identifying <br /> information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by <br /> 6/23/2019. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include <br /> all of the recommendations made in the report.
