Passed <br />-Since concrete was broken near the UDCs and the 87, 91 and diesel piping, a secondary containment test must be performed <br />once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br />- NOTE: Please be aware that the 6 months secondary containment testing for the 87 product piping is due by by December <br />2020. <br />-This service request permit is not complete. Updated scope of work, parts list, and cut sheets are required to be submitted for <br />the additional work that was done. ***If the equipment used is not approved for the UST system, there may additional <br />requirements. <br />-This facility is approved to operate. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
