Date: 05/06/2021 <br />Manufacturer training: FF, 07/25/21 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />While on site, technicians informed EHD that the existing drop tubes for 87, 91 and diesel tanks are already set at 95% tank <br />volume shut off. Measured existing drop tubes and calculated shut off volumes and upper drop tube lengths against the tank <br />charts with the technicians. Verified the three drop tubes are already at the 95% shutoff volume height. <br />No changes to 87, 91 and diesel drop tubes were made. <br />This facility is approved to receive fuel in the 87, 91, and diesel tanks. <br />To minimize person to person contact, EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having <br />them sign. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
