Rader and Rowe: <br /> Building Analytics is pleased to submit to Wells Fargo Blank, Corporate Properties Group <br /> and to San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (SJCEHD), this report regarding the abandonment of four groundwater monitoring wells <br /> at the subject site. The monitoring wells were abandoned in accordance with the <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Well Abandonment Work Plan prepared by Building Analytics <br /> dated July 26, 1999, and in accordance with all SJCEHD groundwater monitoring well <br /> abandonment regulations. <br /> The groundwater monitoring well abandonment activities included the destruction of two <br /> of the monitoring wells by over drilling the two wells, and by destroying two of the <br /> monitoring wells by the pressure grout method. All of tli1e monitoring well abandonments <br /> were conducted under SJCEHD permit, and were inspected by personnel from the <br /> SJCEHD: �' <br />
