I CHRONOLOGY <br /> WELLS FARGO BANK PROPERTY <br /> 49 SOUTH WILSON WAY, STOCKTON CA <br /> SITE CODE: 506077 <br /> j <br /> t <br /> The site is located east of Interstate 5, north of the cross town freeway (HWY 4), east of Sierra <br /> i Nevada Street,west side of South Wilson Way,and on the north side of East Market Street in the <br /> city of Stockton. The San Joaquin County APN is 151-210-34. Historic photographs clearly r <br /> show the presence of a Golden Eagle Service Station in the 1950's. The parcel is now a site for a <br /> vacant former Wells Fargo Bank building surrounded by a paved parking lot. No record or <br /> e-vidence of any underground storage tank (UST), associated piping -or dispensers previously <br /> jlocated on the parcel have been found. PHS/EHD has reviewed all, site conditions and has <br /> determined that site closure/certification is warranted. <br /> 1995 <br /> } - A phase I environmental site assessment was completed at this site ;in October of 1995. The <br /> 1995 assessment identified the presence of a former Golden Eagle Service Station on the parcel <br /> in the 1950's. Two additional UST sites are located in the area, a Texaco station directly south <br /> of the site crossing East Market Street (102 S. Wilson Way), and a 'former Roek Construction <br /> tank site directly southeast of the site crossing both Market and Wilson Way (101 S. Wilson <br /> Way) <br /> 1996 <br /> { <br /> The first intrusive_subsurface investigation was completed in February 1996 with five pushpomt <br /> boreholes completed, logged, and sampled to a total depth of 25' bgs, then'destroyed by tremie <br /> grouting. Only TRPH was detected at concentrations less than 32 mg/kg. Samples were ND for.' <br /> BTEX,TPH as gasoline(TPHG)and diesel (TPHD). <br /> 1997 <br /> i <br /> r In February 1997three groundwater monitor Wells were installed. Depth to ground water in <br /> February 1997 recorded at 55' bgs. Groundwater flow was northeast, gradient 0.0025. Soil { <br /> samples documeni TPHG at 1300 mg/kg, benzene at 039 mg/kg from)borehole B-2 between 35' k, A <br /> and 55' bgs. Only TPHG at 1.6 ug/l, ethylbenzene at 120 ug/l, and xylenes at 370 ug/l were <br /> detected in monitor well #2 (MW-2). MW-i and 3 were ND for TPHG and BTEX. MW-2 is F <br /> located at the most southeastern corner of the parcel,directly northeast of the Texaco/Top Filling <br /> Station(101 S. Wilson Way).
