Aboveground Storage Tank Integrity Assessment Report <br /> CANEPA'S LUBE & OIL <br /> 6220 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE <br /> At the request of Canepa's Lube & Oil (Facility) located at 6220 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, <br /> Advanced GeoEnviron mental has prepared this Aboveground Storage Tank Integrity <br /> Assessment Report to evaluate the condition of the waste oil tank used at the Facility. <br /> Additionally, this assessment addresses compliance issues with aboveground storage <br /> tank (AST) requirements for use as a vessel for temporary storage and accumulation of <br /> the waste oil from Facility industrial activity. The Facility location map is included as <br /> Figure 1. The Facility site map is included as Figure 2. Figure 3 shows the top and east <br /> side view of the AST. The professional engineer AST assessment certification is included <br /> after the title page. Specific sections of the assessment are also certified in Table 1. <br /> 2.0. TANK ASSESSMENT <br /> On 15 January 2019, the performance of a visual inspection and hydrostatic pressure test <br /> was performed on the 1,000-gallon waste oil AST located at the Facility. Below is a detail <br /> description of the AST manufacturing specifications and visual characteristics. <br /> 2.1. TANK DESCRIPTION <br /> The tank is a 1,00-gallon double walled AST, with the outer shell having a 110% <br /> containment capacity of the inner tank. The AST description is included in Table 2 and <br /> AST manufacturer specification and technical drawings are included in Appendix A. <br /> 2.1.1. Tank Name and Markings <br /> The AST is identified by site personnel as the waste oil tank. There are labels clearly <br /> legible on the north side of the AST, including the following: <br /> • Emergency Vent Secondary <br /> • No Smoking <br /> • Used Oil "Waste Hauler Pickup Dates" <br /> • Waste Evac <br /> • Used Oil Only <br /> 2.1.2. Tank Age and Remaining Service Life — 22 CCR § 66265.192 (k)(3), (11) <br /> The AST was installed after the original underground storage tank was removed from the <br /> site in 1999. The age of this AST is estimated at 20 years, while the remaining service life <br /> is estimated at 10 to 15 years. Additional AST specifications are included in Table 2. <br />
