On September 21, 1999, we received a letter of <br /> conunitment from the State Water Resources Control Board. <br /> Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. prepared a Proposal and Cost Estimate for Subsurface Investigation.', , <br /> The amount of$8779.00 was pre-approved by SWRCB on May 18, 1999. ff <br /> 4 <br /> On July 28, 1999, Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. began the Subsurface Investigation at the site. <br /> On October 19, 1999, John Lane of GZA submitted a Subsurface Investigation Summary Report <br /> to Harlan Knoll of San Joaquin County Enviornmental Health.
