On June 13 , 1989 , a <br /> 10, 000 gallon diesel tank failed a precision test and on October <br /> 20, 1989, our office received a proposal for site characterization. l� <br /> The work proposed has never been done! The responsible party has <br /> requested that we disregard the proposal and that the site be taken l <br /> out of the LUSTOP.
