j <br /> * An Unauthorized Release (Leak) Contamination Report was filed with <br /> it <br /> the County on August 8, 1986; specifically, the product line of Tank 3 <br /> 4 <br /> (diesel) was unable to pass an air test at 50 psi (the; tank itself tested <br /> within state guidelines when not connected to its product line). On <br /> January 26, 1990, using a different testing p 6cedure, Tank 3 <br /> (including the line) passed two.of three pressure tests. <br /> rp <br /> I <br /> * During the relocation of a vent pipe to Tank 1 (gasoline), a soil sample <br /> was collected beneath the former pipe location at two feet bgs. The <br /> results were reported in a March 9, 1992 report entitled: Soil Sampling <br /> Report, 333 Tuleburg Levee, Stockton, California. :I s reported, no <br /> odor was present at the sample location; the soil sample was analyzed <br /> E <br /> for BTEX, ethylene dibromide (EDB), TPH-G, ands lead. Sample <br /> results indicated that all constituents, excluding lead, were not detected <br /> above laboratory MRLs; lead was present at a low concentration (4.5 <br /> f <br /> mg/kg). 1 <br /> In addition, an investigation report (provided to Terranext by GFB) entitled: Evaluation of <br /> Hydrocarbons in Soil and Ground Water at City of Stockton�Watefront Redevelopment w <br /> 'dated January 29, 1991 (by <br /> Property, West Weber Avenue and North Lincoln Street, Stoc kton <br /> i <br /> Applied Geosystems), was reviewed. The report presented the results of a soil and ground # <br /> water investigation conducted at four parcels which form the City,of Stockton's Waterfront <br /> Redevelopment property. The parcels are located on the southwest and southeast corners of <br /> West Weber Avenue and North Lincoln Street (approximately between the 440 and 600 <br /> blocks of West Weber Avenue, immediately to the south of',the Stockton Savings Bank <br /> property).
