1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> On behalf of Lesco,Inc. (Lesco),ERM-West, Inc. (ERM) is transmitting <br /> this Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Report,which summarizes the <br /> investigation activities conducted between 11 and 12 January 2005 at the <br /> Lesco facility(site), located at 2829 and 2835 West Washington Boulevard, <br /> Stockton, California(Figure 1). <br /> This document presents the objectives for the investigation, site <br /> background information, and the completed scope of work. Additionally, <br /> thus report evaluates the analytical data collected during the investigation <br /> activities, and presents conclusions and recommendations based on this <br /> evaluation. <br /> 1.1 OBJECTIVES <br /> The objective of this investigation was to evaluate current environmental <br /> baseline conditions in anticipation of Lesco subleasing a portion of the <br /> property. <br /> i 1.2 DOCUMENT ORGANIZATION <br /> Thus document is organized as follows: <br /> • Section 1.0- Introduction; <br /> . Section 2.0- Background (including previous environmental reports, <br /> site description, geology,and hydrogeology); <br /> • Section 3.0-Investigation Activities; <br /> .
