"As of the time of drafting this letter, the water is currently evaporating within the separator unit until such time the
water is discharged onsite (via Notice of Intent to Discharge Permit)"
Once I receive that I will close out you remaining violation and submit for review.
Have a great weekend,
.JASON GAITAN
EHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E.Hazelton Ave.Stockton,CA95205
(209)561-7298
(209)468-9848
From: Ledbetter, Kathleen <kledbetter@Ibarealty.com>
Sent: Friday, August 30, 2019 10:00 AM
To: Gaitan,Jason <jgaitan@sjgov.org>
Cc:Saeed, Haza <hsaeed@sjgov.org>;John Farmer(jfarmer@americaninterated.com)
<jfarmer@americaninterated.com>
Subject: RE: EXTERNAL: FW: HMBP Re-Inspection Report for 14800 W SCHULTE RD, TRACY, CA 95377
Good morning Jason,
I followed up with our general contractor and demo contractor onsite, and the Clarifier has been demoed. AIS confirmed
the very small amount of water in that clarifier was non-contaminated rainwater. There was not enough to utilize it for
dust control measures, so we did not move forward with that option.
Per the attached letter, our demo contractor visually inspected the silos and saw no residual materials. Once the silos
were on the ground, our field personnel re-inspected the silos and found no particulates had become dislodged during
the falling of the silos. The silos were then sized and transported offsite for recycling/destruction. In conclusion, there
were no materials to test.
I'm looping John Farmer back into the conversation to answer any other technical questions, and we have the cover
letter, manifests, photos, and receipts for your review. I will be out of the country starting Wed, 9/4 and will return 9/23,
so please give me a call on Tuesday with any questions.
Thank you and have a great Labor Day weekend,
Kathleen Ledbetter
LBA Realty
949-664-2093
From: Gaitan,Jason <jaitan@sjov.or >
Sent: Wednesday,August 28, 2019 8:54 AM
To: Ledbetter, Kathleen <kledbetter@Ibarealty.com>
4
