As we discussed, I am pushing hard on our consultants/contractors to satisfy and correct the four remaining violations on your final inspection report at our site at 14800 W. Schulte in Tracy. Due to everyone's busy schedules and difficulty confirming schedules, our progress is delayed. I want to be transparent, and let you know that we are continuously working on this and pushing it to the finish line. The original correction date you proposed was 8/17, but it looks like now that will be pushed back to 8/20.At that time I should have all the final manifests, photos, and receipts you need to close this out. I'm copying our main point of contact for the haz-mat removal,John Farmer, who posed the question if it's possible to utilize the clarifier water(which has tested out to be non-detect for hydrocarbons, VOCs, non-hazardous for metals)for demolition dust control? It would reduce disposal costs on our end. Since I'm by no means an expert here, I'll leave that answer to you.
