SAN J O A Q U I N � h, � r rrru Environmental Health Department <br /> t'itl �.� <br /> ' ,7 <br /> - C: U U N t Y - <br /> S zr ly r <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name : Facility Address : Date: <br /> THERMAL ENERGY DEVELOP PSHIP 14800 W SCHULTE RD TRACY May 20 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br /> Item # Remarks <br /> 102 CCR 66262 . 11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste . <br /> The following was observed at the facility: <br /> - One white Oil water separator tank with unknown amount of waste <br /> - One white 150 gallon tank with approximately 5 gallons of phosphino carboxylic acid . <br /> - Generator with approximately 30 gallons of oil <br /> - one white 405 gallon tank of sulfuric acid with unknown amount of sulfuric acid <br /> - 3 aerosol cans observed not completely empty <br /> - Five white 5 gallon buckets of Boiler water treatment chemicals observed by the boiler water treatment tanks <br /> - One approximately 1500 gallon tank of hydrated lime observed with residue <br /> - One white approximately 1200 gallon tank observed with approximately 100 gallons of aqueous ammonia <br /> - One white 1050 gallon tank of Sodium Hypochlorite <br /> - One white 150 gallon tank with approximately 5 gallons of C L401 waste <br /> - One blue 5 gallon bucket of boiler water treatment chemical observed by Sodium Hypochlorite tank <br /> - Two white 5 gallon buckets of cooling water treatment next to empty blue 400 C4127 Tank <br /> - One white 1550 gallon tank with sulfuric acid observed at the south end of facility <br /> - One white 3500 gallon diesel tank observed at the south end of facility <br /> - One black approximately 1000 gallon tank with unknown contents observed at the southern most part of facility <br /> - One rusty 55 gallon container with unknown contents observed in the junk area on top of secondary containment <br /> - Two piles of saw dust observed near warehouse area <br /> The following items were observed at or near the maintenance shop area : <br /> - One white 55 gallon container observed with unknown contents near maintenance shop <br /> - Two oxygen cylinders approximately 560 cubic feet observed near maintenance shop <br /> - One yellow hazardous materials cabinet with multiple aerosol cans observed in the maintenance area <br /> The following items were observed at or near the warehouse area : <br /> - One full white 100 gallon diesel tank observed near warehouse area <br /> - Three white 5 gallon buckets with hydraulic oil observed in the warehouse <br /> - One black 5 gallon bucket with hydraulic oil observed in the warehouse <br /> The following items were observed at or near the fire pump house area : <br /> - One full white 50 gallon diesel tank observed in fire pump house area <br /> - Two full black 5 gallon buckets with coolant observed in fire pump house area <br /> - One full 50 gallon diesel tank in portable welder observed outside fire pump house area <br /> Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a <br /> hazardous waste determination for the waste mentioned above , and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations . <br /> Please provide destination and sales receipt for any product to EHD .
