August 22, 2019
Ms. Kathleen Ledbetter
LBA Logistics
3347 Michelson Drive
Irvine, California 92612
(949) 664-2093
kledbetter@lbarealty.com
RE: LBA Logistics Center III
Silo Demolition Activities
14800 W.Schulte Road
Tracy, California 95377
Dear Ms. Ledbetter,
As your redevelopment general contractor, Millie and Severson has been onsite overseeing the
demolition operations at the 14800 W. Schulte Road project site and has drafted this letter specifically
related to the demolition of two product silos. They were formerly used to store Sodium Bicarbonate
and Hydrated Lime. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department inspectors flagged
during their recent site inspection on July 18, 2019 with representatives of American Integrated
Services.
This letter is to confirm that the silos were inspected and verified by site personnel to be empty of any
residual contents prior to the demolition of the silos. Once on the ground, field personnel re-inspected
the silos and found no particulates had become dislodged during the falling of the silos. The silos were
then sized and transported offsite for recycling/destruction.
Attached are before and after photos of the silos in question and a plan showing the locations of the
former units. Please let me know if you have questions or need any further information. You can reach
me via mobile number at (510) 708-2010 or by email at cdaggs@mandsinc.com.
Very Truly Yours,
Charles Daggs, Project Manager
Millie and Severson, Incorporated
cc: Emily Mandrup, LBA Realty
Jason Gaitan,SJCEHD
Haza Saeed, SJCEHD
MS Job#: 10030
