FILE COPY�' <br /> FUGRO WEST, INC. �► <br /> ie <br /> 1050 Me"Lane Suite 160 <br /> Roseville California 95678 <br /> April 25, 1996 Tel (916)782 2110 <br /> Project No 9647-0351 FAX (916)786-7830 <br /> ' Mr Raymond Fnedncksen <br /> Thrifty Oil Company <br /> 10000 Lakewood Boulevard <br />' Downey, California 90240 <br /> Subject: 0.5-Mile Drinking Water Well Survey <br />' Thrifty Service Station No 171 <br /> 1250 North Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr Fnedncksen <br />' Fugro West, Inc (Fugro) is pleased to provide Thrifty Oil Company this letter report documenting the <br /> results of a drinking water well survey conducted to April 1996 for wells within a 0 5-rrule radius of the <br /> subject property (Figure 1) <br /> yFu.a,ro contacted the following regulatory agencies Department of Water Resources (DWR), Regional <br />' Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), San Joaquin Environmental Health Department (SJEHD), <br /> Stockton Municipal Utilities, and the City of Stockton Department of Public Works (SDPW) The <br /> results of our inquiries are described below <br />' Department of Water Resources <br /> Mr Jim Cnbboney, with DWR, provided Fugro with driller logs of all reported wells in the Stockton <br /> area Fugro reviewed these logs to locate drinking water wells within a 0 5-mile radius of the subject <br /> property Three municipal drinking water wells are located north-northeast of the subject property and <br />' one municipal drinking water well is located northeast of the subject site <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />' Fugro contacted the RWQCB District Five It was reported that the RWQCB contains duplicate <br /> information of the DWR <br />' San Joaquin Environmental Department <br /> g p <br />' Mr Carl Borkman, with SJEHD, stated that these records would not contain any additional <br /> information than those wells reported at the DWR or Stockton Municipal Utilities <br />' WELL.SCH A member of the Fugro group of companies with offices throughout the world <br />
