• A copy of the vapor well-head laboratory analytical results and copies of vapor inlet/outlet <br /> laboratory analytical results are presented in Appendix D A historical summary of <br /> hydrocarbons removed by vapor extraction is presented in Table 3, and individual well vapor <br /> concentrations are included in Table 4 Field Status System Reports are presented in Appendix <br /> C <br /> Site Activities <br /> On February 25, 2003, Thrifty forwarded an Additional Site Assessment Workplan, as requested <br /> by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) letter dated August 13, <br /> 2002 Thrifty received approval of the work plan on May 30, 2003, from the SJCEHD Thrifty <br /> has retained Advanced GeoEnvironmental and West Hazmat Drilling Corp to complete the soil <br /> borings Field work is currently scheduled to begin in mid-November 2003 A report of the <br /> findings and a site conceptual model will be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department in the first quarter 2004 <br /> Thrifty will continue the current groundwater monitoring and sampling program, and continue <br /> operation of the vapor extraction system All interpretations expressed in this report are based <br /> solely upon the review of data collected by EMC and analyses by Associated Laboratories <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Michael H Bowery, R G <br /> Project Manager <br />
