SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY --- <br />Environmental Health Department <br />RCRA Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />PNP Stockton #80 <br />3927 E CLARK DR, STOCKTON <br />October 10, 2019 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />-A white vehicle was observed with the oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A red Ford Mustang was observed with two dark puddles on a mat underneath the front of the vehicle. <br />-A green Mercury was observed with the brake fluid reservoir approximately half full of liquid. <br />-A red Ford Mustang was observed actively leaking on the gravel underneath the front of the vehicle. <br />-A red Ford was observed actively leaking on the gravel underneath the vehicle. <br />-A black vehicle was observed with the oil filter still attached to the engine and the wiper fluid reservoir <br />approximately half full. <br />-A red vehicle was observed with the brake fluid reservoir approximately half full of liquid. <br />-A black vehicle was observed with the wiper fluid reservoir approximately a third full of liquid. <br />-A white vehicle was observed with the brake fluid reservoir approximately a quarter full of liquid. <br />-A black vehicle was observed with the brake fluid reservoir approximately half full of liquid. <br />-A grey vehicle was observed with liquid in the brake fluid reservoir and an oil filter attached to the engine. <br />-A white vehicle was observed actively leaking onto a rug and the gravel underneath the front of the vehicle. <br />-A paper filter was observed on the ground in the customer yard. <br />-A blue vehicle was observed with an oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A red Saturn was observed with the coolant reservoir approximately 3/4 full of liquid. <br />-One metal oil filter was observed on the ground underneath a white Chevy. <br />-A red Mercury was observed with dark staining on the gravel underneath the vehicle. <br />-A red vehicle was observed with an oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A black vehicle was observe with the coolant reservoir approximately half full of liquid. <br />-A red vehicle was observed with the coolant reservoir approximately half full of liquid. <br />-A tan Pontiac Grand Prix was observed with an oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A white Ford Mustang was observed with an oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A black Chevy was observed with the coolant reservoir approximately half full. <br />-A vehicle part was observed on the ground in the customer yard actively leaking. <br />-A blue Chevy Caprice was observed actively leaking on to the gravel underneath the front of the vehicle. <br />-An engine was observed on the ground in the customer yard with an oil filter still attached to it. <br />-A white vehicle was observed with the brake fluid reservoir approximately half full of liquid. <br />-A white vehicle was observed with a crushed oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A grey vehicle was observed with an oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A grey Saturn was observed with a puddle of yellow/tan fluid on top of a rug underneath the front of the car. <br />-A blue vehicle was observed actively leaking on to the gravel underneath the front of the vehicle. <br />-A white vehicle was observed with an oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A red vehicle was observed actively leaking on the gravel underneath the front of the vehicle. <br />-A blue & grey Dodge Ram was observed with dark staining on the gravel underneath the front of the vehicle. <br />-A puddle of green liquid was observed on a rug underneath a vehicle. <br />-A black vehicle was observed with the coolant reservoir approximately half full of liquid. <br />-A blue vehicle was observed with an oil filter still attached to the engine. <br />-A red vehicle was observed with the coolant reservoir approximately half full of liquid. <br />-A blue vehicle was observed actively leaking on to the gravel underneath the car. <br />-A vehicle part was observed on the ground actively leaking a dark red fluid from a puddle on the part. <br />-One used oil filter was observed on the ground underneath a vehicle. <br />-A grey vehicle was observed actively leaking on to the gravel underneath the vehicle. <br />-An engine was observed on the ground in the customer yard actively leaking. <br />-Dark staining covering an approximate area of 1x2 feet was observed on the gravel in the customer return area of <br />the yard.
