Environmental Health Department <br /> Additional statement regarding return to compliance certification for Brookside Country <br /> Club - updated 6/26/2019: <br /> Item # 101 — Closed <br /> Item # 102 — The eight one pint paint cans were removed from the course by an <br /> employee who will use them at his home. <br /> The rusted 55 gallon drum was drained of the rainwater and the absorbent material was <br /> disposed of in the trash, non hazardous waste. <br /> The three blue 55 gallon poly drums were drained and triple rinsed with the contents (a <br /> wetting agent) used on the golf course. <br /> Two blue and four white 30 gallon poly drums were identified as fertilizer and were used <br /> on the golf course. <br /> The one white 16 gallon poly drum was identified as a green colorant used to dye sand <br /> to fill divots, the dye was used for its intended purpose. <br /> Five 5 gallon plastic buckets were identified as two paint containers and three fertilizer <br /> containers. The paint was removed from the course by an employee who will use them <br /> at his home. The fertilizer in the remaining containers was used on the golf course. <br /> Item # 104 — Closed. <br /> Item # 110 — Copies of uniform manifests are included in the attachment to for 2016 <br /> through 2019. <br /> Item # 113 — Copies of waste disposal records are included in the attachment for 2016 <br /> through 2019. <br /> Item # 114 — Closed. <br /> Item # 303 — Closed. <br /> Item # 601 — The disposal records are included in the attachment. <br /> Item # 605 — Closed. <br />
