Unfortunately, we were not uploading/scanning copies into a shared folder in 2012. I've asked our Receiving Supervisor to look for the actual copy in our Vault. As you can imagine, we have many copies and not sure how long it will take to track down. I've also asked our EH&S Coordinator for a copy, I will let you know more information as soon as I hear back. I wanted to let you know we did receive Manifest 010095105JJK into our Facility.
