1
RESULTS OF LABORATORY ANALYSES Working To Restore Nature
Water samples collected from wells MW-1, MW-3, and MW4 were analyzed for TPHg, TPHd,
' and BTEX using modified EPA methods 801518020. These results and cumulative results of
laboratory analyses are summarized in Table 1. The Chain of Custody Record and laboratory
analytical reports are included in Appendix B.
' Results of thisrY Y samples q uarter's laboratory analyses of water les from wells MW-1, MW-3, and
P
' MW4 indicate the following:
• Concentrations of BTEX, TPHg, and TPHd were nondetectable in all wells.
CONCLUSIONS
' Based on the results of this quarterly monitoring and previous work performed at the site,
RESNA concludes that the TPHg, TPHd, and BTEX concentrations in groundwater have
' decreased or remained the same since the last monitoring episode in June 1994. The
concentrations detected in the wells sampled are consistent with historical patterns.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon the findings and conclusions of this and previous groundwater monitoring episodes,
RESNA recommends continued monitoring and sampling of wells in accordance with the
approved monitoring schedule provided in RESNA's Second Quarter 1994 Monitoring Report
SCHEDULE
The next quarterly monitoring episode is scheduled for December 1994 with the quarterly
monitoring report submitted in January 1995. Routine well maintenance and inspection will be
performed as necessary during site visits.
5400561QUARTLWQMR19%DRF 3
