(RESNA) on behalf of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. of <br /> Atlanta, Georgia and Coca-Cola Enterprises - West of San Leandro, California (Coca-Cola) is <br /> providing you with this summary of the investigation of an unrecorded facility well located at <br /> the Coca-Cola former distribution facility in Stockton, California. The generalized site plan and <br /> the well location is shown on Plate 1. <br /> RESNA was notified of the unrecorded well on the property by Mr. Patrick Green of American <br /> Performance, the current lessee of the property. On December 17, 1992, RESNA was on-site <br /> to perform quarterly groundwater monitoring and conducted an investigation of the well. The <br /> folloNving information was reported: <br /> • The well is located inside the building in the facility restroom, upgradient from the <br /> former underground storage tanks. <br /> • The well was constructed of 8-inch diameter steel casing. The casing had some surface <br /> rust but remained intact. <br /> • The concrete floor was flush against the side of the casing so no annular sea] was <br /> g g <br /> observed.
