QUARTERLY MONITORING REPORT <br /> FOURTH QUARTER 1991 <br /> COCA-COLA ENTERPRISES DISTRIBUTION FACILITY <br /> ISTOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> USTEC JOB NO 90054 03 <br /> 10 INTRODUCTION <br /> U S Technical Environmental Consulting, Inc (USTEC) has completed the fourth quarter 1991 <br /> quarterly groundwater monitoring at the Coca-Cola Enterprises - West distribution facility <br /> located at 1100 North Wilson Way,Stockton,California (Figure 1) This monitoring program was <br /> authorized by Mr Steve McConnell, Division Manager, Occupational/Environmental Safety, <br /> Coca-Cola Enterprises - West (CCE-W) <br /> I This is the fifth report in the quarterly groundwater monitoring program, initiated in December <br /> 1990 The monitoring program was recommended after groundwater contamination was found <br /> to be present during site assessment activities The assessment activities are summarized in <br /> USTEC's November 1990 report titled"Contamination Assessment Report,Coca-Cola Enterprises <br /> I -West, Stockton, California" The purpose of the program is to monitor the petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon fuel constituents in the groundwater and to assess the possible migration path of <br /> these constituents throughout the site This report documents USTEC's observations, field <br /> procedures, analytical methods, results, conclusions, and recommendations for groundwater <br /> monitoring completed in the fourth quarter 1991 This report also documents the drilling and <br /> Iinstallation of additional vapor extraction wells during this quarter <br /> I <br /> 2 0 VAPOR EXTRACTION WELL CONSTRUCTION <br /> I <br /> Four additional vapor extraction wells were installed during this quarter at the Coca-Cola site <br /> IThe vapor extraction wells were installed for use in the remedial system designed for the <br /> Stockton site by USTEC The system was proposed in the Remedial Action Plan (RAP) dated <br /> ISeptember 20, 1991 and accepted by the San Joaquin Public Health Services on November 15, <br />!� 1991 <br /> I <br /> USI <br />
