1 <br />' Coca-Cola Enterprises - West <br /> USTEC Job No 90054 03 <br /> Each of the six groundwater monitoring wells were measured for depth to groundwater and <br />' groundwater table elevations(referenced to mean sea level) on November 21, 1991 Groundwater <br /> measurements were collected and measured to the nearest 0 01 feet using a calibrated Marine <br />' Moisture Control® (MMC) electronic interface probe The electronic interface probe was <br /> decontaminated between measurements to reduce the possibility of potential cross- <br /> contamination The decontamination process consisted of an initial wash in Tn-Sodium <br /> Phosphate (TSP) and tapwater solution followed by two distilled water rinses <br />' 32 GROUNDWATER ELEVATION RESULTS <br />' Groundwater elevations were calculated using a wellhead survey conducted by Mid-Valley <br /> Engineering, Modesto, California The survey consisted of level circuits carried from a City of <br />' Stockton Datum Benchmark The accuracy of this survey was within 0 01 feet The results of <br /> the groundwater elevation measurements collected by USTEC personnel are presented in Table <br /> 3 A summary of historical groundwater elevations are presented in Table 4 <br /> The groundwater elevation decreased an average of 0 44 feet from August 22, 1991 to November <br /> 21, 1991 Groundwater elevations ranged from -53 50 in MW-3 to -54 29 in MW-6 A <br /> groundwater elevation contour map is presented on Figure 3 The groundwater flow is generally <br /> towards the northeast, and is consistent with previous monitoring results <br /> 4 0 GROUNDWATER SAMPLING PROCEDURES <br /> I <br /> The six groundwater monitoring wells were sampled by USTEC personnel on November 21, <br /> 1991 To minimize the risk of cross-contamination during the sampling program, work <br /> proceeded from the wells with the least contamination, as noted in the previous quarterly <br /> rmonitoring, to wells with increasingly contaminated water <br /> 1 , <br /> I <br /> 4 <br /> [ItiT <br /> I <br /> I I I <br />
