Surrogates All surrogates were within QC range with the following exceptions: Surrogate Orthoterphenyl percent recovery was above the acceptance criteria for the LCS and MS/MSD pair MW-6-W-080409MS/MW-6- W-080409MSD however associated samples were within acceptance criteria therefore no flags were Lapplied for this discrepancy. Representativeness Representativeness was assessed through the evaluation of the equipment blank sample, chain-of-custody forms,preservation, and holding times. The reported results were also compared to the laboratory's MDLs and LOQs. ' Method Blank Results All laboratory method blanks were free of contamination.
