i <br /> i <br /> 10.9 Evacuation Routes and Procedures <br /> All Radian personnel will assemble at the entry gate, unless otherwise instructed, <br /> in the event that site evacuation becomes necessary The Radian SHSO will be responsible for <br /> roll call (c g , personnel accountability) <br /> I <br /> 10.10 Decontamination <br /> 4 <br /> Decontamination during site emergencies will be the same as described in HASP, <br /> unless there is potential threat to human life or health In such a situation, decontamination will <br /> consist of contaminated clothing removal and wrapping the injured party in a blanket The <br /> vehicle used to transport the victim(s) to the medical facility will therefore be restricted in <br /> I� <br /> contacting contamination, and as such, should not be required to undergo decontamination <br /> • 10.11 Emergency Medical Treatment and First-Aid <br /> i <br /> All emergency medical treatment, other than first-aid, will be administered by the <br /> paramedic services dispatched through the emergency dispatch system This treatment will <br /> continue during transportation to the local hospital Physician-approved first-aid supplies will be <br /> maintained at the project site All vehicles used to transport injured persons to the off-site <br /> medical facility will be provided with directions and a map to the facility Additionally, the <br /> HASP will accompany the affected individual to the emergency care center <br /> 10.12 Emergency Alerting Procedures <br /> In the event of an emergency, the appropriate emergency response agencies will <br /> be notified and appropriate project personnel will be notified as determined in advance <br /> 10-5 <br />
