The <br /> meeting was called by the RWQCB to provide technical discussion of the status of work at Parcel 2A, <br /> West Weber Avenue and Lincoln Street, Stockton, California ("the Site"). The meeting minutes were <br /> recorded by SECOR International, Inc (SECOR). Attendees at the meeting included Ton Vorster, Frances <br /> McChesney, Mary Serra, and Duncan Austin from the RWQCB, Jerry Lile from the Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC), Margaret Dahlen and Ray Kaminsky from Earthtech, Dan Schreiner and <br /> Rusty Benkosky from SECOR, Curt Peck (by Phone) from Chevron, Thomas Kosel from ConocoPhillips, <br /> Sean Sherlock outside counsel for ConocoPhillips, and Robert Goodman outside counsel for Chevron„ <br /> Audrey Winters (by phone) representing the City of Stockton Redevelopment Agency (RDA), and Robert <br /> Traylor from Golden State Environmental (GSE). The meeting was held from approximately 1:15 PM to <br /> 3:15 PM. <br /> The following is a list of topics discussed during the meeting: <br /> • Ton Vorster provided a verbal meeting agenda at the beginning of the meeting. The RWQCB was <br /> to provide their understanding of the history and previous remedial activity at the site and then <br /> allow the L&M Group and the RDA to discuss individually any remedial activities completed, <br /> ongoing, and planned for Parcel 2A. <br /> • Audrey Winters stated that the RDA objects to the meeting, that legal issues should not be <br /> discussed, and that the RDA is not prepared to discuss technical issues at this time. <br /> • Mary Serra provided a discussion of historical activities at the site and expressed dissatisfaction <br /> with the fact that source removal at the Parcel 2A property had not been conducted in the 1980s. <br /> L <br />
