(SECOR) submits this permit <br /> application package for the construction of the groundwater monitoring well MW-46 at the Delta View <br /> Apartments property (APN 137-137-01) located at 720 West Weber Avenue. The proposed work is <br /> presented in SECOR's Response to RWQCB Letter Dated June 25, 2003 And Work Plan For <br /> Additional Site Assessment dated February 27, 2004. The workplan was approved by the California o <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (CRWQCB-CVR) in their letter dated <br /> March 9, 2004. An access agreement has been obtained from the new property owner, E.J. <br /> Williams Property Management. <br /> Attached are the permit application with corresponding Licensed Contractors Declaration (LCD), one <br /> check in the amount of $89.00 for permit review fees, a site plan, and the Delta View Apartment <br /> property access agreement. Copies of the workplan and the RWQCB-CVR workplan approval letter <br /> were submitted with the permit application on May 7, 2004 for the remaining wells and borings on <br /> adjacent properties. <br /> Drilling is scheduled to commence on Thursday May 20, 2004, so your prompt response would be <br /> greatly appreciated.
