<br /> Staff of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(Regional Board) has reviewed the
<br /> 6 April 2004 letter(Letter) submitted by Mr. R. Morgan Gilhuly of Barg, Coffin, Lewis, & Trapp on
<br /> behalf of Union Oil Company of California, responsible party for the South Shore Parcel Parcel 2A
<br /> Unocal Operable Unit(OU). The Letter provides a figure for the Monitoring and Reporting Program
<br /> (MRP) and requests amended language regarding the discharge of chemicals and changing"the site"to
<br /> "Parcel 2A." Regional Board staff concurs with these changes.
<br /> Enclosed is MRP No. R5-2004-0817, which should be implemented at the site during the second quarter
