Union Oil <br /> Company, et al . <br /> Dear Ms. Lewis : <br /> In response to your February 6, 2004 correspondence in which you ask the <br /> Stockton Redevelopment Agency (SRA) to submit a "work plan to conduct <br /> investigative work to include, but not be limited to, sampling to determine <br /> whether tank bottoms were removed, the type of imported fill material used, <br /> and whether product lines were properly abandoned" , please be advised the <br /> SRA is currently assessing the activities of other parties' consultants in <br /> this matter. Specifically, the SRA and its consultants are assessing the <br /> recent "Revised Underground Utility Search Report" by SECOR, dated March <br /> 5, 2004 (addressed to you and a copy of which was received by the SRA on <br /> March 11, 2004) which may address the information you seek. <br /> The SECOR report indicates it was prepared on behalf of the "L&M Operable <br /> Unit" .
