Groundwater sampling activities for all wells requiring sampling shall be collected within five days. If the OUs <br /> are collecting water levels and performing sampling separately,the activities must be coordinated to meet these <br /> requirements. <br /> ' Maximum detection limits must meet or be lower than the applicable water quality objective,unless this is not achievable <br /> by an EPA or State approved laboratory method. See Table 2 for a list of applicable water quality objectives. <br /> ° Without silica gel cleanup. <br /> s Dissolved metals to be analyzed include antimony, arsenic,beryllium,cadmium,chromium, copper,mercury,nickel,lead, T <br /> selenium, silver,thallium, and zinc. lJ <br /> Semi-annual sampling shall be conducted during the first and third quarters. 1 <br /> Fuel oxygenates,including methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE),methanol,ethanol,tertiary butyl alcohol(TBA),tertiary <br /> amyl methyl ether(TAME),di-isopropyl ether(DIPE),and ethyl tertiary butyl ether(ETBE),shall be analyzed in all <br /> monitoring wells during fust and third quarter monitoring events. If results are nondetectable for fuel oxygenates in all <br /> wells during both monitoring events,no further monitoring for oxygenates is required. If a fuel oxygenate is detected in <br /> either monitoring event, it shall be added to the quarterly monitoring program for the well in which it was detected. <br /> REPORTING <br /> When reporting the data, the Discharger shall arrange the information in tabular form so that the date, <br /> the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a <br /> manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order. In addition, the Discharger shall notify <br /> the Board within 48 hours of any unscheduled shutdown of any soil vapor and/or groundwater extraction <br /> system. <br />
