(SECOR) submits this permit <br /> application package for the construction of four dual phase extraction (DPE) wells (DPE-8 through <br /> DPE-11) at the Delta Gateway Apartments (parcel number 137-370-01) located at 720 West Weber <br /> Avenue, in Stockton, California. The proposed work is presented in SECOR's Interim Remedial <br /> Action Plan (TRAP) and SECOR's Response to RWQCB Letter Dated July 24, 2003. The IRAP was <br /> approved by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (CRWQCB- <br /> CVR) in their letter dated July 24, 2003 and e-mail dated August 19, 2003. An access agreement <br /> has been obtained from the New Delta Gateway Partners to perform the implementation of the TRAP. <br /> Attached are the permit application with corresponding Licensed Contractors Declaration (LCD), one <br /> check in the amount of $89.00 for permit review fees, one check in the amount $279.00 for pre- <br /> payment of inspection fees (3 hours at $93.00 per hour), a site plan, the New Delta Gateway <br /> Partners access agreement, copies of the IRAP and response letter to the RWQCB, and copies of <br /> the RWQCB-CVR IRAP approval letter and response letter e-mail approval. <br /> An additional permit application for a DPE well (DPE-12) proposed on the Parcel 2A property, <br /> located at 666 West Weber Avenue, will be submitted when the access agreement is secured. <br /> Drilling is scheduled to commence on September 29, 2003, so your prompt response would be <br /> greatly appreciated.
