We have elected to go with WDC Drilling and this phase of the work plan will be done completely separate since we still have no access worked out with WOTOA agency in their parking lot. I left you a message. I will send the LCD from WDC over as soon as I get it signed. I will get the driller to sign the LCD and send that over to you as soon as I get it. Not sure what happened to that form? We are using Gregg Drilling. Feel free to call me if you have any further questions on the project. We'll let you know as soon as that access agreement if fully executed so those checks get cashed. 8/2/2010
