• <br /> reason. Termination may be accomplished by giving a thirty (30) day advance written notice of <br /> the election to terminate this Agreement to the other Party. In the event that this Agreement is <br /> terminated under this paragraph, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY shall be responsible for <br /> WATER BOARD costs through the effective date of termination. <br /> 3.15 Reservation of Rights. By entering this Agreement, the REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY does not admit to any fact, fault or liability under any common law, statute, or <br /> regulation. <br /> 3.16 WATER BOARD Authority. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the authority <br /> of the WATER BOARD to enforce Division 7 (commencing with section 13000) of the Water <br /> Code or other applicable laws. <br /> 3.17 California Law. This Agreement shall be governed, performed and interpreted <br /> under the laws of the State of California. <br /> 3.18 Severability. If any portion of this Agreement is ultimately determined not to be <br /> enforceable, that portion will be severed from the Agreement and the severability shall not affect <br /> the enforceability of the remaining terms of the Agreement. <br /> 3.19 Effective Date. The effective date of this Agreement is the date when this <br /> Agreement is fully executed. <br /> 3.20 CountgZarts.
