Within 30 days of Water Board staff concurrence with that <br /> work plan for additional site assessment the work plan will be <br /> implemented and the results of the additional investigations will be <br /> presented to the Water Board in a letter report format along with <br /> recommendations and a work plan,with an implementation schedule, for <br /> additional investigation, if needed. The process described in the previous <br /> sentence will be repeated until the Water Board concurs that additional <br /> investigations are not needed. The Redevelopment Agency shall then <br /> incorporate the results of investigations subsequent to the Draft Final Site <br /> Assessment Report into that report and submit a Revised Final Site <br /> Assessment Report. The Redevelopment Agency shall revise the Revised <br /> Final Site Assessment Report in accordance with Water Board comments <br /> on the document, if any, and within 14 days of receipt of those comments, <br /> submit a Final Site Assessment Report. <br /> III. FEASIBILITY STUDY/REMEDIAL OPTIONS EVALUATION <br /> a. Feasibility Study/Remedial Options Evaluation: Within 120 days of staff <br /> concurrence with the Final Site Assessment Report, the Redevelopment <br /> Agency shall submit a Draft Feasibility Study/Remedial Options <br /> Evaluation Report for soil and groundwater remediation. The report shall <br /> contain the information in Attachment C.3. The proposed preferred <br /> alternative for groundwater must meet the range of cleanup levels as <br /> described in the Basin Plan Policy for Investigation and Cleanup of <br /> Contaminated Sites and Resolution No. 92-49. The Discharger shall <br /> cleanup constituents in soils to concentrations that are protective of human <br /> health and attempt to clean up each constituent to background <br /> concentrations, or to the lowest level that is technically and economically <br /> achievable and which complies with all applicable WQOs of the Basin <br /> Plan and promulgated water quality criteria. The Redevelopment Agency <br /> shall revise the Draft Feasibility Study/Remedial Options Evaluation <br /> Report in accordance with Water Board comments on the document, if <br /> any, and within 14 days of receipt of those comments, submit a Final <br /> Feasibility Study/Remedial Options Evaluation Report. <br /> b. Draft Cleanup Plan: Within 30 days of staff concurrence with the <br /> Feasibility Study/Remedial Options Evaluation Report for soil and <br /> groundwater cleanup,the Redevelopment Agency shall submit a Draft <br /> Cleanup Plan, which describes the preferred alternative(s) for cleanup and <br /> includes a time schedule to conduct the cleanup activities. <br /> c. Final Cleanup Plan: The Redevelopment Agency shall perform activities, <br /> as directed by the Water Board, in support of compliance with the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Upon completion of those <br /> activities, and following the receipt and response to public comments on <br />
