Box 388 <br />Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br />RE: EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES FOR <br />HAZARDOUS WASTE CONTINGENCY PLANNING <br />Dear Ms. Foley: <br />We hereby inform you of our handling of hazardous waste at our Lodi facility pursuant to 22 <br />CCR Section 66264.37 and wish to avail ourselves of your assistance in case of an emergency <br />involving hazardous materials/waste. The wastes we currently have at our facility are: Solvents <br />- Oils - Greases. <br />Pursuant to 22 CCR Section 66265.52, we have implemented a Contingency Plan to minimize <br />hazards to human health or the environment from unplanned or sudden releases of hazardous <br />wastes, or from fires or explosions. We have developed, as part of our program and pursuant <br />to 22 CCR section 66265.56, emergency procedures to immediately handle such unplanned or <br />sudden occurrences. A copy is available upon request. <br />Please inform us as to your acknowledgement of this notification pursuant to our Contingency <br />Plan and Emergency Procedures, and if you would like to visit our facility or have our personnel <br />involved in any planning exercise.
