This was corrected on site. <br /> -A black 30 gallon drum of used brake fluid on the east side did not have the start accumulation date. This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> -A green 5 gallon container of used oil on the east side was not labeled. This was corrected on site. <br /> -A black 15 gallon drum of metal brake shavings on the south side did not have a start accumulation date. This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> the black 30 gallon drum of used oil has been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 13, 2015. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br /> your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br /> activities and required fields. <br /> NOTES: <br /> -The facility generates used oil, used brake fluid, metal brake shavings, used absorbent with used oil/ used brake <br /> fluid and drained used oil filters. <br /> -A black 30 gallon drum of used oil on the east side was open during the inspection. This was corrected on site. <br /> -A drained used oil filter on the east side was not in a sealed, labeled container. This was corrected on site. <br /> -A green 5 gallon container of used oil on the east side was open during the inspection.
