EPA ID# CAL000045081 <br />Violation 108: The metal fines we observed in the barrel were incorrectly identified by myself while <br />we where doing are walk through. This was shop dust that had not been taken to me to process as <br />hazardous waste and packed up and labeled. I took this and filtered out large garbage and packed in <br />boxes with proper labels. I included a picture of the shop dust, in process dust, and what our small <br />particles of steel and aluminum look like that get recycled. 5 photos <br />Violation 404: This bucket was immediately covered to prevent small amount of oil from spilling out. <br />(1 photo) <br />Violation 605: The bucket and the paint filters were marked with our Hazardous Waste and Universal <br />waste label. (same photo as 404and 808) <br />Violation 804: These lights were placed and sealed in a cardboard box to prevent them from being <br />damaged. (1 photo) <br />Violation 808: Each boxed that was used to place UW lights in was marked with a Universal label as <br />shown in picture. (same photo as 804) <br />Violation 808: This box was marked as Universal Waste Batteries. (1 photo) <br />Violation 809: Each item such as UW (batteries, lamps, and electronics) was mark and put in a box <br />and sealed up. Every label has company name, waste type, and date received.
