Address: <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />ROUTINE HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR INSPECTION <br />Class II violation: (605) <br />605. Two 55 gallon black steel drums of used oil and a 55 gallon blue steel drum of used antifreeze were <br />observed in the hazardous waste storage area with hazardous waste labels that were faded and illegible. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br />4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br />the correct required information. Since it cannot be determined how long the used antifreeze has been <br />on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest <br />and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by December 27, 2012.
