Clements, CA <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS 1, CLASS 11, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />On site to conduct a routine hazardous waste(HW) inspection. <br />#30 Sixteen empty 55 gallon drums in the HW storage shed were not marked with an empty date. An <br />empty HW or hazardous material container (larger than 5 gallons) must be marked with the date it was <br />emptied and be managed within one year of being emptied. Begin this practice immediately by marking <br />the sixteen empty 55 gallon drums in the HW storage shed with the empty date and manage them <br />properly within one year. Ensure that all empty HW or hazardous material containers larger than 5 <br />gallons at this facility are managed this way. <br />#52 The modified emergency contingency was not on site. Small generators of HW must have a <br />modified contingency plan.
