Hwy 99 Acampo, CA 95220 Complaint#CO0032154 <br />NOTICE TO ABATE IMMEDIATELY <br />A complaint has been received by this office alleging that you are responsible for a hazardous waste <br />violation(s) (California Health and Safety Code, Division 20; Title 22, California Code of Regulations, <br />Division 4.5). <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Complaint received alleges that there is a waste pile near the white shed. <br />Used oil, fuel filters, a broken TV, a leaking used oil tank, aerosols, and other vehicle parts appear to be <br />dumped back there. <br />VIOLATION: Please be advised that disposal of hazardous waste to land Is a violation of California <br />Health and Safety Code Section 25189.5. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Effective immediately, make arrangements to properly dispose of the <br />used oil, fuel filters, broken TV, used oil tank, and aerosols at an appropriate disposal facility. <br />Submit a copy of the disposal record/manifest to this office. <br />If further complaints are received, an investigation will be made which may result in legal action being <br />taken against you. <br />Ifs?;r stions, please contact, Aris Cacapit, REHS, at (209) 468-3453. <br />Aris Cacapit, REHS <br />Hazardous Waste Generator Program <br />Environmental Health Department <br />
