Wet oil stains at the oil changing area, the antifreeze storage shed and west end of the facility. <br />Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of <br />hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />Immediately clean up all wet stained areas, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed <br />to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. <br />610. 1 - 55 gallon drum storing drained used oil filters lacked accumulation start date. Used oil filters <br />must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br />accumulation start date.
