If all the above stated conditions have been met, at the end of the three-year period the court will dismiss the case. If at any time during the THREE (3) YEARS the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office alleges violation of the conditions contained in this plea in abeyance, the court shall hold a hearing on such alleged violations, with at least two weeks prior notice to Mr. Lawley and his counsel. If the court conclude that a violation of the terms and conditions of this plea in abeyance has occurred, the court shall enter judgment against Mr. Lawley and sentence him in accordance with the law. That said conditions of probation have been violated by the defendant in that: 1) During the Spring of 1998 and continuing until sometime thereafter Rodney Lawley, failed to obey all environmental and zoning laws in that defendant violated Section 3306, Appendix Chapter 33, Uniform Building Code as adopted by Section 8-1000 county Ordinance Code to wit: grading without a permit at 4100 South State Route 99, Stockton, CA; 2) During the Spring of 1998 and continuing until sometime thereafter Rodney Lawley, failed to obey all environmental and zoning laws in that defendant violated Section 9-1905.3 County Ordinance Code to wit: Permitting or maintaining a public nuisance by operating a landfill or solid waste facility without a permit at 4100 South State Route 99, Stockton, CA; z.
