In fact the District <br />Attorney's Office has never received an accurate accounting of the community service to date; <br />13) During the first 120 days of probation Rodney Lawley failed to immediately take <br />steps to bring all properties owned, leased, used or otherwise controlled by and/or Rodney Lawley <br />into compliance with all environmental and/or zoning laws and did not extend that timetable with a <br />written mutual agreement with the District Attorney's Office that was to be filed with this Court; <br />14) During the period of probation Mr. Lawley failed to obey all environmental and <br />zoning laws in that defendants violated Chapter 6.5 of the Health and Safety Code in that defendant <br />failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste; <br />15) During the period of probation Mr. Lawley failed to obey all environmental and <br />zoning laws in that defendants violated Chapter 6.5 of the Health and Safety Code in that defendant <br />failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br />waste; <br />16) During the period of probation Mr. Lawley failed to obey all environmental and <br />zoning laws in that defendants violated Chapter 6.5 of the Health and Safety Code in that defendant <br />failed to send generator manifest copies to the Department within 30 days; <br />17) During the period of probation Mr. Lawley failed to obey all environmental and <br />zoning laws in that defendants violated Chapter 6.5 of the Health and Safety Code in that defendant <br />failed to have a contingency plan; <br />18) During the period of probation Mr. Lawley failed to obey all environmental and <br />zoning laws in that defendants violated Chapter 6.5 of the Health and Safety Code in that defendant <br />failed to have complete personnel training records; <br />4. <br />
