The Agreement period shall be <br />from July 29, 1996 through June 30, 1997 and shall not exceed $999.00 payable at <br />$78.00 per hour plus $0.275 per mile. <br />The following Appendices are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this <br />Agreement: <br />A. Non Discrimination Clause and Statement, STD Form 17A & 19 <br />B.
