Verified <br />disposal records for the waste antifreeze (3/23/15) and used oil (7/3/15) and marked the hazardous waste lanel with <br />the accumulation start date. Don labeled all drums referenced above with the required information. This was corrected <br />on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by September 21, 2015. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br />your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br />activities and required fields. <br />Notes: <br />Conducted a hazardous waste inspection. Permission granted by Donald McPhillips. Observed part washer on <br />site, but Don stated that it does not generate waste and that they do not use the part washer often. In the <br />hazardous waste area, oil filters were left on pans to drain into the used oil drums. According to Don, the filters are <br />left sitting out for a few days. Drained used oil filters were removed and placed into the 55 gallon drum of drained <br />used oil filters (closed and labeled).
