An immediate verbal notification shall be made as soon as: <br />• a person has knowledge of a release or threatened release, and <br />• notification can be made without impeding immediate control of the release or <br />threatened release and emergency medical measures. <br />The immediate verbal notification shall include the following: <br />• the exact location of the release or threatened release, <br />• the name of the person making the report, <br />• the hazardous material involved, <br />• an estimate of the quantity of hazardous material involved, and <br />• if known, an estimate of the potential hazards presented by the hazardous material <br />involved in the release or threatened release. <br />The immediate reporting requirement does not apply if there is a reasonable belief that <br />the release or threatened release poses no significant present or potential hazard to public <br />health and safety or to the environment. <br />The person responsible for making the applicable notification is: <br />Bruce Johnson -Production Manager(707) 374-6428 Office(916) 997-8802 Cell <br />If this person is not available the following person will be responsible for making the <br />emergency notification: <br />Steve Templeman, Office Designated Alternate (707) 374-6428 <br />Cellular (707) 580-3065 <br />If necessary the following spill response contractor may be called upon to assist Vintage <br />personnel in responding to a hazardous materials release: <br />Delta Oil Field Services (916) 662-2841 <br />Gomes Excavating (707) 374-2881 <br />Ramos Environmental (916) 371-5747 <br />6 <br />
