Concerning the failure to retain the manifest record for 3 years. Page 1 of 1 Raymond Von Flue was contacted for further information and assistance with obtaining the manifests due to the age and condition of the receiving facility which closed in 07. The records were obtained through DTSC and copies have been sent for retention at the facility for compliance. To ensure future compliance all manifests are stored and filed at the facility both initial and final copies. A secondary copy of the final copy is retained at the FedEx Freight System location in Little Rock, AR. These are required to be kept on site by law as well as FedEx Freight policy. Concerning the failure to determine the status of the hazardous waste and filing of the exception report. Having a copy of the manifest with no changes and all waste was accepted and handled by the TSD. The materials are disposed of. An exception for San Joaquin County is attached for the manifest that was received by Raymond Von Flue for the time spent missing. Attached is a copy of an exception report and the return to compliance. Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns or if more information is needed.
